The XXVIIIth Biennale des Antiquaires, an absolute must-attend event for art lovers across the globe, took place from 10 to 18 September 2016 at the Grand Palais in Paris.
Once again this year, Potel et Chabot had the honour to provide all the culinary services for this extraordinary event.
Before the official opening to the public, we catered:
- the grand gala dinner by stellar chef Guy Savoy for more than 1,000 guests.
- the opening cocktail party attended by more than 5,000 guests.
During the entire duration of the exhibition, visitors and exhibitors had “on-the-go” food options as well as Brasseries that served more than 2,000 diners during the 8 days of exhibition.
