On 30 October Potel et Chabot celebrated its opening in Brazil in the residence of the French consul in Sao Paulo.
After the speeches of the French Consul, Mr Damien Loras, and Franck Jeantet, our managing director, almost 150 guests discovered the universe and the savoir-faire of our company, thousands of miles from its Parisian base.

It is in this spirit that our chefs and our teams have presented the gastronomic experience and the quality of service that have made our reputation throughout the world for almost 200 years to local actors.
Activities (lobster cabbage, beef – ribbon of beetroot, milk chocolate crater – apricot caramel...) and sugared and salted cocktails (Baccarat Chicken, mini "Bishop" éclairs, beetroot-mango baguette...) were enjoyed by our local clients, delighted to see the true experts in prestige reception set up in Brazil.
