As an "organizer of receptions", our role is to bring gastronomy professionals together with a master's hand. On our premises, bakers, pastry chefs, chefs, roast cooks and expert sauce makers have access to the tools and equipment they need to practice their trade in line with the expectations and demand of our reputation.
Our equipment is tailored to the needs of a caterer that must operate like several restaurants rolled into one. Every day, we prepare vast quantities of aromatic stocks and sauces, puff pastries, ice creams, bread, pastries… All this must then be transported in optimum conditions and as rapidly as possible, so as to guarantee quality and freshness.
